Advance payment orders are confirmed after successful payment verification.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• We deliver across Pakistan.

• Estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days, depending on location and courier availability.

• Customers must provide accurate contact details and delivery addresses.

• Delivery charges, where applicable, are displayed during checkout.

4. Mandatory Unboxing Video

Customers are required to record a complete, clear, and uninterrupted video before opening their parcel.

The video must show:

• The sealed parcel and shipping label.

• The complete unboxing process.

• The product and its condition upon opening.

An unboxing video is important evidence when reporting damaged, missing, incorrect, or defective products.

Claims without an unboxing video may require additional verification. This requirement does not limit customers' rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

5. Returns & Exchanges

• Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

• Products should be returned with their original packaging and accessories, where reasonably possible.

• Return requests are reviewed according to the product's condition, the reason for return, and applicable consumer protection laws.

• Customers should contact our support team before returning any product.

6. Product Warranty

• Eligible watches include a 1-year movement warranty.

• Warranty coverage is limited to the terms specified for the purchased product.

• Physical damage, misuse, and normal wear and tear are generally excluded unless otherwise stated.

• Warranty claims are subject to inspection and verification.

7. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

• REXIBON reserves the right to verify orders before dispatch.

• Customers may request cancellation before dispatch.

• Orders already dispatched are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

• We may cancel orders affected by stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.

8. Intellectual Property

Website content, photographs, and REXIBON branding are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Product names, logos, and trademarks belonging to third-party watch brands remain the property of their respective owners.
